Frequently Asked Questions 

What is your cancellation policy? 

I understand the need of  flexibility in my client schedule and respect how valuable their time is. I do my best to comindated to a client schedule. I do ask for the same. In an event you need to cancel your appointment please give me a minimum of 24 hour notice before your appointment. If canceled without the 24hour notice, they must pay a 50% charge per service canceled. This payment is required before rebooking. Appointment will automatically be canceled after 15 or more minutes late. Cancelation fee will be applied. I understand accidents, sickness, emergency happen. I do try to commandant these rare occasions. 

What if I'm running late to my appointment?

Please let me know as soon as possible is you are running late. I try to be accommodating when I can but if you are more than 15min late to an appointment I will have to ask you to reschedule. 

What should Im unhappy with my hair?

If you are unhappy with your service please contact me within 7 day of your appointment. I always try my best to make my client happy. in an event they don't I do my best to better the situation. If however we talk about not achieving the final look in the first session after discussion it takes multiple session that is not would not be consider an adjustment. Again if there are any issues I am whiling to make it right and leave you confident in your hair.
